Bids for the design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of the project in the south-eastern state should be made by 1 October, SECI stated.
The project is to be situated in Ramagiri in Anantapur district, the corporation added.
SECI also confirmed it has applied for financing from the World Bank to fund project innovation and contract payments for the project.
The bidding document for the RfP is due online on 20 August.
SECI's announcement follows publication of India’s first national wind and solar hybrid policy and government approval of plans to auction 2.5GW of projects incorporating the two technologies in May.
In April, renewable power producer Hero Future Energies commissioned the country’s first large-scale hybrid project, comprising 50MW of wind power and 28.8MW of solar PV capacity.
