Italian utility ERG Renew has handed Vestas a contract to supply 21 of its V90-2MW turbines for the Radziejów project it is developing in Kujawy-Pomerania province in the centre of the country.
The Danish manufacturer expects to deliver the turbines in the second quarter of 2015, with commissioning due in the third quarter.
The deal covers the supply, installation and commissioning of the turbines, as well as a Scada solution.
Yesterday, Vestas revealed that EDF Energies Nouvelles has ordered 29 V100-2MW turbines for a 58MW project in the western province of Lubuskie.
Vestas has installed 540 turbines in Poland, totalling more than 1.1GW.
