The company along with its Norwegian traffic management partner Vissim, has installed radar and monitoring equipment, and set up a coordination centre in Ijmuiden on the country's North Sea coast.
The Marine Coordination Center will monitor offshore activities and vessel locations at the development currently under construction.
Luchterduinen is located 23 kilometers from the Netheland's coast. It is being developed by an equal joint venture between Eneco and Mitsubishi Corporation.
Dutch engineering firm Van Oord is leading the construction of Luchterduinen, which will use 43 Vestas V112-3MW turbines.
Van Oord's Aeolus jack-up vessel will install the turbines on its first commission.
