The Tellenes project in southwest Norway will consist of 50 Siemens 3.2MW turbines, with construction beginning in early July.
It is due online by the end of 2017 and will be one of Norway's largest wind projects.
Google will buy the power over a 12-year period from the site, which is being developed by local firms Zephyr and Norsk Vind Energi.
It is Google's first Norwegian power purchase agreement, but its 17th worldwide deal to power its data centres with renewable energy, Zephyr said.
"This goes to show that Norwegian wind power is competitive, and attracts interest from big, international players," said Norwegian Wind Energy Association CEO Oyvind Isachsen.
