Nordex will deliver nine N117/2400 turbines to the Dilek Res project in Summer 2015. The manufacturer has also signed a five-year service deal.
There is also an option to add a further low-wind turbine to the project, which is located in an area with average wind speeds of 6.8 metres per second.
Nordex has already received several orders for the N117 turbine in Turkey this year. In September, local energy firm Erdem Holding ordered 20 N117 turbines to be used at its 48MW Bagerasi wind project in Izmir.
It has also received orders for the turbine from Yeni Enerji and Bicakcilar Enerji totaling 26.4MW.
