Vestas will supply 48 V112-3.3MW turbines to projects near the cities of Mersin, Bursa and Çanakkale for delivery by the end of the year.
Borusan EnBW's developments to receive the turbines are the Mut site in southern Turkey and the Harmanlik and Koru projects in the north-west of the country.
Vestas said commissioning at the sites is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2015 and it will provide five years of servicing.
The Borusan EnBW joint venture, set up in 2009, has ordered turbines from Vestas before.
These deals are included in a 207MW order of Vestas' V112 turbines announced in March which covered five sites across the country.
Borusan EnBW has said it plans to expand Turkey's capacity by 2GW, focusing on the renewable energy sector.
