The Ventika and Ventika II projects are being developed by energy company Fisterra Energy in the state of Nuevo Leon in the north east of the country.
Both projects will use Acciona's 3MW AW116/3000 turbines, with rotor diameters of 116 metres, mounted on 120-metre concrete towers.
Installation is expected to be later this year, with commissioning due in 2016. The deal also includes a 20-year operations and maintenance agreement.
Acciona said that the investment associated with the two projects is around $650 million. Fisterra is a Spain-based energy company owned by Blackstone, Cemex and private investors.
Acciona has made a significant move into the Mexican market. It currently owns and operates projects with a capacity of 556MW in the country.
