Two of the wind farms will feature Nordex's Generation Delta turbines, the first time these turbines, launched in 2013, have been used in Turkey.
The Aliaga RES project is to be fitted with N117/2400. The 9.6MW development in the Izmir region, in the west of the country, will comprise four of the machines, and is being developed by Turkish company Acka Holdings.
Nordex said that the turbine is suited to the 7m/s site, with an expected 36% capacity factor.
Also in Izmir, the 18MW Cesme windfarm will feature six N117/3000 turbines, which have been chosen by developer Cesme Enerji Uretim as suitable for the medium to high wind site.
In addition, Nordex will supply returning customer Karesi Enerji with four N100/2500 turbines to extend the 45MW Akres project in Akhisar, western Turkey. The project, installed in 2011, already features Nordex turbines.
Construction of all projects is expected to start in the summer.
Nordex has installed turbines with a capacity of 710MW in Turkey, and received 160MW of orders in the country during 2013.
