It will supply 10 2.5MW turbines for the Silistea 1 project, to be owned by Romconstruct Top, and four 2.5MW turbines for the Mireasa 2 project, owned by Eco Power Wind.
The deal also includes service agreements of ten years for Silistea 1 and five years for Mireasa 2.
The projects are both about 20km from the 347.5MW Fantanele wind farm, which also uses GE 2.5MW turbines.
It is being built by Czech utility CEZ and will be Europe’s largest onshore wind farm when complete. The first turbines in July.
