Swedish developer Hexicon has increased its stake in the 1.3GW MunmuBaram floating offshore wind project to 20%.
It has acquired all the shares previously owned by a joint venture of its subsidiary Hexicon Korea and Coens.
Shell owns the remaining 80% of the project company.
MunmuBaram is due to be developed in phases and built at a site off the coast of Ulsan in the south of the country.
