Chinese wind turbine giant Windey plans Brazilian factories

Chinese turbine maker Windey Energy plans to build manufacturing facilities in Brazil, it announced during a state visit of the South American country鈥檚 president, Luiz In谩cio Lula da Silva (Lula), to Beijing.
