KGAL, Commerz Real and Ingka Group have acquired the remaining 20% stake in the 402MW Veja Mate wind farm in the German North Sea, from Siemens Financial Services.
In February 2019, a consortium comprising Commerz Real, Ingka Group, KGAL and ALH Group indirectly acquired an 80% stake in the project.
