GE will supply 13 of its 3.8MW turbines, while TSK will construct the balance of plant for the project, located in the wind-rich southern Dhofar governate.
It is being jointly developed by UAE-based Masdar and the state-owned Rural Areas Electricity Company (RAECO).
The Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) will help finance Harweel, previously costed at around $125 million.
Under its "Vision 2020" initiative, introduced in 2015, Oman plans to source 10% of its electricity from renewables in 2020. Clean energy currently contributes less than 1%.
"The Dhofar wind power project will play an important role in supporting the diversification of Oman's energy mix while providing a reliable source of clean power to serve its growing population and economy," said Masdar CEO Mohamed Jameel Al Ramahi.
