This is the 73.2MW Agios Georgios project in Greece. It is located on an uninhabited island in the Aegean Sea, 46 kilometres off the country's south coast.
The project was completed in 2016 and developed by Greek utility Terna Energy.
It is made up of 14 Vestas V112 3.3MW and nine V90 3.0MW turbines. According to the manufacturer, it is the only onshore wind project with offshore wind characteristics.
The €150 million project is connected to the mainland grid near Athens and is Greece's largest operational wind project.
A total of seven different vessels were used to transport the components to the Greek port of Lavrio. Local ferries then shipped trucks to the island. The delivery alone took five months.
Vestas said the project has produced over 100GWh of electricity for the Attica region in five months.
The Agios Georgios wind farm is subject to average 8.4m/s wind speeds and is set to produce roughly 250GWh of electricity a year.
