Italian ERG Renew enters UK market

UK: ERG Renew, the renewable arm of Italian energy group ERG, has acquired the fully permitted 45MW Brockaghboy wind project from TCI Renewables in a deal that provides it entry to the UK market.

The project is set to use Vestas V90-3MW turbines

The project is located in the county of Londonderry in Northern Ireland. Overall investments in the wind farm are estimated at around £60 million, including the initital consideration paid to acquire the Brockaghboy Windfarm project company.
