DEC will supply 60 2.5MW direct-drive turbines to the second-phase of the Yihe wind farm in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia.
The Yihe wind farm is developed by the Beijing-headquartered Shenzhen Energy North Holdings, a subsidiary of the Shenzhen Energy Group, a listed utility based in south China's Shenzhen.
In 2010, DEC supplied 100 1.5MW turbines to the first-phase Yihe wind project.
DEC was the fourth largest wind supplier on the domestic market by the end of 2014, having installed a cumulative total of 9.27GW of wind turbines, representing a 8.09% share of the China market, according to Chinese Wind Energy Association statistics.
CWEA's preliminary figures indicate DEC ranked eighth in new installations for 2015, delivering between 1GW and 2.2GW.
