The Vergnet turbine has been installed all over the world including South America, Europe, Asia and the Pacific.

The 200kW-275kW turbine has been developed so it can be lowered in high winds - up to 25 m/s - making it suitable for typhoon affected areas. Once the strongs winds have passed the turbine can be put back into place using cables.

Vergnet turbines are powering the first wind project in Samoa. The 550kW development was commissioned in August.
