Cwind appoints new sales team

UK: Vessels and services provider CWind has appointed two sales managers for Germany and the UK as the company looks to continue growing its business.

CWind provides vessels and technicians to offshore projects in Europe

Stefan Marschner and Ben Hooker have been appointed sales manager Germany and sales manager UK respectively.

Marschner was sales and proposals manager for Areva since 2011. He will be based in CWind's in Hamburg.

Hooker has 25 years experience in the energy sectors worldwide. He was produce development consultant for Houlder Limited, a maritime engineering solutions and consultancy firm based in the UK.

Kurt Thomsen, global head of sales at CWind said: "These appointments mark another step change in the strategic development of CWind."

Cwind has worked at a number of major offshore projects in the UK, including the 576MW and developments.
