The Titan platform is a part-floating, part self installing jack up platform designed at reducing installation costs.

OWPST says a turbine can be placed on the Y-shaped platform at the construction site onshore and then the entire structure can be towed to the project site.

The platform is jacked up on tripod supports, which penetrate the seabed, and then lifted above the water surface.
