The Danish manufacturer will supply ten V112-3.3MW turbines to the 33MW Fuat RES project near Izmir on the Turkish west coast, which should be commissioned by mid-2015.
Vestas will also provide a five-year servicing agreement.
It is the fifth and final deal to be announced under a 207MW agreement between the two firms. The joint venture consists of German utility EnBW and Turkish conglomerate Borusan.
In early June, Vestas announced three deals totaling 158MW to supply turbines to the Mut project in southern Turkey and the Harmanlik and Koru developments in the north-west.
Under the deal, Vestas also supplied nine V112-3.3MW turbines to the 29.7MW extension of the Bandirma site in western Turkey.
