The panel includes Siemens offshore CEO Michael Hannibal, DNV GL non-exective director Andrew Garrad and Iberdrola managing director for offshore wind Jonathan Cole.
They believe the market will benefit from clarity on its future as the political mood begins to shift towards supporting offshore projects.
Hannibal explains that offshore technology still needs innovation, but this will only happen with investment, which in turn will only take place if there is some certainty in the market.
