Marine engineering firm Van Oord will be responsible for building the project's foundations and electrical infrastructure, including the offshore transformer station, and for providing the ship to install the 43 turbines.
Eneco subsidiary Joulz has been chosen to install the electricity cable from the beach to the high-voltage station eight kilometres inland.
Danish manufacturer Vestas had already been selected to supply its 3MW V112 turbines for the project.
Eneco had invited tenders for two "innovative" turbines exceeding 4MW, but said it failed to attract any suitable bids, so has dropped this element of the scheme.
