Danish Yachts SeaStrider can carry 24 passengers and five crew over a range of 500 nautical miles and the manufacturers claim it can operate in almost all weather conditions.
The carbon-fibre construction results in reduced weight, ensuring minimum impact when the vessel is mooring up at the wind tower.
SeaStrider is also a multi-use vessel, suitable for both the construction phase and operation and maintenance work offshore.
Henry Kierkegaard, CEO of Danish Yachts, said: "It is significant that this is the first ever service vessel to be designed and built with an active ballast tank system. This means that the passenger experience on board will be even more stable on transfer to and from the wind towers."
