The 44 turbines will go to the Haouma and Foum El Oued projects in the north and south of the country respectively. Both wind farms are 100MW.
Both projects will use 2.3MW turbines. However, Foum El Oued will use 101-metre rotors and Haouma will use a 93-metre version.
A five-year service agreement has been included in the deal. Both projects are expected to be complete in 2013.
Earlier this month, Moroccan state utility ONE has launched a tender process for the "development, design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance" of up to 850MW of wind power.
ONE called for expressions of interest to be in by 2 March, after which it plans to issue the main tender to prequalified bidders in the second quarter.
