The Caney River project, which is located in Elk county in the southeast of the state, will use 111 V90 1.8MW turbines.

A five-year service agreement is included in the deal. Commissioning and delivery are set for early 2012 and late 2011 respectively.

The project is being handled by TradeWind Energy, which has a strategic agreement with Enel. Enel handles turbine procurement as part of this.

TradeWind has a 20-year PPA with the Tennessee Valley Authority for the electricity produced by Caney River.
