WinWinD handed 106MW Estonian deal

ESTONIA: WinWinD has been handed a deal to develop a 24MW wind farm in Aseri, eastern Estonia.

The contract, to be undertaken in partnership wit Nelda Energia, is for eight 3MW wind turbines. The plant is expected to be built this year and online by 2011.

Nelja Energias is one of the biggest energy developers in Estonia, running nine wind farms with a total capacity of 106MW. WinWinD turbines are used in 70% of all Estonian wind farms.
