MAURICE STRONG REPLACED AS ONTARIO HYDRO CHAIR

Accountant William Farlinger, former chair and CEO of Ernst & Young in Toronto, replaced Maurice Strong as chair of Ontario Hydro in early November. Farlinger has broad experience in industry restructuring and has vigorously advocated the sale of portions of Ontario Hydro's power generating assets to the private sector.
