Country's first wind station to be 5.6 MW at Pag

Adria Wind Power is developing Croatia's first wind station, a 5.6 MW plant at Pag. The company also reports it is working on a second project for Pag and on projects at Novalja and Oslje/Slano. The three projects will add 45 MW of generation. Adria Power, based in Zagreb, hopes to get 100 MW online in Croatia "within the next few years." German wind developer Ostwind of Augsburg founded Adria Wind Power together with other German and Croatian partners back in 1998.
