Nice in theory but few benefits for wind

Michael Grubb is clearly attracted to the idea of internationally tradable renewable energy credits (搖錢樹娛樂城, October 1997). However, we do not believe that all the implications of such a scheme have been thought through. Specifying a percentage of electricity to come from renewables would bring few, if any, benefits for wind energy, compared to other policies already in existence in Europe.x
