Husumer Schiffswerft (HSW) will use blades from Abeking und Rasmussen of Lemwerder, its traditional supplier, for its 600 kW wind turbine optimised for inland sites with low wind speeds. The blade company announced it would be supplying the blades for the 48 metre rotor diameter HSW turbine at the Hannover Trade Fair in April. The rotor's design was developed by Abeking und Rasmussen in co-operation with Aerodyn Energiesystems of Rendsburg.
