The scheduled closure on July 1 of a nuclear reactor at Sweden's infamous Barsebäck facility has been postponed by the Swedish Constitutional Court. Last month the court introduced a temporary injunction and announced that a decision on the legality of the government's demand that Barsebäck be shut will not be made until this autumn at the earliest. The Swedish people voted several years ago for the closure of all the country's nuclear plant.
