For its first wind farm project, CNOOC (Beijing) Energy Investment Company has chosen Vestas to supply 24 of its 2 MW turbines. Vestas will also commission the wind turbines and provide full service and maintenance for two years. Delivery of the first phase is scheduled to begin at the end of 2008 with entire project completion at the end of 2009.
