Voluntary liquidation

JMJ Maus Ltd -- British marketer of the Austrian designed Floda machine -- has gone into voluntary liquidation. The Hampton based company had been in business for 65 years, mainly as UK agent for German and Austrian engineering companies, including the Pehr group which owns the rights to the Floda machine. The Floda, which is manufactured in Britain by Markham & Co, is now being marketed worldwide by Zephyr One Ltd. Tony Johnson, a former director of Maus, founded the new company to continue Maus's wind interests and some other activities -- mostly connected with the wire and cable and petrochemical industries.
