A guide to wind-diesel technology and its implementation has been published by the Cambridge University Press. "The book provides for the first time in a single volume the collective knowledge of many leading researchers on state-of-the-art wind-diesel technology," claim the publishers. The book is the culmination of a five year study by 19 experts from ten countries under the auspices of the International Energy Agency. It is edited by Ray Hunter, together with George Elliot of Britain's National Wind Turbine Centre in Scotland.
