Infotech firm plans wind entry at home and in Bulgaria

Alpha Grissin Infotech, a Greek company active in business technology and real estate, is diversifying into alternative energy. The company has applied for the initial production licence for three wind power plant with a combined capacity of 52 MW on its home turf in the Peloponnese. It also has eyes on up to 400 MW in Bulgaria, among other projects, though these are still at the planning stage. Their development will be handled by Deutsche Aeolia, a joint venture set up last year by Alpha Grissin Infotech and Germany's Deutsche Bank, of which Deutsche Bank owns 80%.
