National Wind Power's wind farm at Novar, north of Inverness has been granted full planning permission. Highland Regional Council had already given its approval to the 17 MW project which has two power purchase contracts under the Scottish Renewables Order. Now, three months later, the Secretary of State for Scotland has also passed the application.
