Trump scales back IRA spending freeze after Republican pushback

Donald Trump鈥檚 budget office has rapidly narrowed the scope of his executive order freezing all grants, loans and other payments from the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), which offers tax credits for wind projects and turbine manufacturing plants.
