Shell-led group pulls out of Norway’s first floating offshore wind tender
Oil major Shell and Norwegian power companies Eviny and Lyse have become the latest group to pull out of Norway’s upcoming first floating offshore wind tender, citing concerns about profitability and “industrial maturity”.
