West coast tribes file lawsuit against BOEM鈥檚 Oregon floating offshore wind plan

A confederation of native American tribes in Oregon has filed a lawsuit against the US Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) contesting the authority鈥檚 plans to auction rights for floating offshore wind development off the west coast state.
