Developer defends Mingyang turbine selection at German wind project
German asset manager Luxcara defended its controversial decision to line up Chinese manufacturer Mingyang to provide turbines for a North Sea offshore wind farm, claiming that it selected the supplier based on the “best available offers and capacities”.
