Chinese manufacturer Mingyang signs factory MoU to supply Italian floating offshore wind farm

Italian developer Renexia has signed a government-backed memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Chinese manufacturer Mingyang Smart Energy to create a new company to manage a wind turbine factory to supply a 2.8GW floating wind farm in the Mediterranean Sea.
