Australian financial services firm Macquarie Asset Management has agreed to acquire the remaining stake in the 194MW Lynn and Inner Dowsing wind farm from global investment major BlackRock.
Funds managed by Macquarie will acquire BlackRock’s 39.25% stake in the offshore wind farm. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The Lynn and Inner Dowsing project features 54 of Siemens Gamesa’s SWT-3.6-107 turbines.
