Germany opens 2.5GW offshore wind tender with ‘negative bidding’
Germany has launched a tender for two North Sea sites that could support 2.5GW of offshore wind capacity – with the auction regulator set to distinguish between competing zero-subsidy bids with so-called ‘negative bidding’.
