Swiss developer Galileo and Italian counterpart Hope Group plan to jointly develop 300MW of onshore wind in Italy.
The partners have already filed for permitting approval for some of the projects.
Galileo is working to develop about 10GW of wind farms in nine European countries, with this split roughly evenly between onshore and offshore.
It is already working with Hope Group to develop more than 1.6GW of floating offshore wind capacity in Italian waters.
