Developers and DoD reach deal on floating offshore wind near NASA site in California

Floventis Energy has reached an agreement with the US Department of Defence (DoD) to allow plans for the 60MW Cademo floating offshore wind project to proceed, even though the site is near the Vandenberg Space Force Base in central California that is used for space launches.
