Brookfield agrees $2.8 billion deal for US utility Duke鈥檚 renewables unit

Canadian investment fund Brookfield Renewable has agreed to buy US utility Duke Energy鈥檚 unregulated commercial renewable business, which owns a large onshore wind portfolio.
