Turkey has launched a tender to find companies to assess three sites for potential offshore wind development.
It hopes to find a company to carry out survey work, including long-term wind resource and metocean measurements, at the sites in the Sea of Marmara.
Turkey aims to have 5GW of offshore wind capacity by 2035.
