Equinor鈥檚 Hywind Tampen floating offshore wind farm sends first power to oil and gas platform

Equinor produced its first power from what will be Norway鈥檚 first and the world鈥檚 largest floating offshore wind farm, Hywind Tampen, on Sunday (13 November) at 12:55 CET. It was delivered from one of seven currently installed Siemens Gamesa 8MW turbines to the Gullfaks A oil and gas platform in the North Sea.
