Dominion set to avoid ‘performance guarantee’ for 2.6GW Virginia offshore wind
US utility Dominion Energy has reached a settlement with the Virginia attorney general’s office and other parties regarding rules for the construction cost and performance of the massive 2.6GW Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) project.
