Norwegian utility Hafslund buys into Swedish firm behind lake wind farm

Norwegian utility Hafslund has completed its deal to acquire 50% of Cloudberry Offshore Wind.

Cloudberry Offshore Wind owns the 100MW Stenkalles Grund wind farm in Vänern, Sweden’s largest lake. 

The under-development project is due online in 2025.

Hafslund and Cloudberry had announced the deal in July 2022.
